I really enjoy photographing families. It’s so neat to see and capture the interaction between moms and dads, fathers and sons, moms and daughters, etc. I particularly love watching moms and dads together, without the kids. When I ask them, as I often do, to look into each other’s eyes and just talk to one another, it’s as if they’re newlyweds again!

Often clients call me to photograph their children and after we talk about the session and the options, they realize they might want to get in on the session too. That’s always so rewarding for me. I think every family should be photographed together as much as possible. And families include your pets too! Time passes way too quickly. Before you know it, your kids are grown. Don’t wait.
