I photographed this little girl and her family on the day of her First Holy Communion. Aside from the image of her and her gorgeous eyes, I wanted to share some of her just being an ordinary, happy kid. Shortly after this day, however, this eight year old little girl did something completely selfless, awe-inspiring really, and not by any measure ordinary. She lovingly donated her beautiful hair to an organization called Locks of Love. Kids helping kids. Wow. This little girl is not ordinary; she’s extraordinary! I know her mom and dad are very proud of her, and they have every reason to be! Congratulations!!
