The day of this shoot started out dreary and rainy, and I thought that I would be doing the entire session inside. Then, there she was, this little ray of sunshine, my sweet subject. Suddenly the clouds disappeared and the sun came out full blast. Of course it made perfect sense because all you need to do is meet this little lady and you find yourself smiling. She is a beautiful, smart and funny kid with a killer smile. I could tell immediately that she felt so special in her beautiful Communion dress. The dress was adorable, but being me, I was drawn to her shoes. They remind me of the style that Minnie Mouse wears, and I love Minnie! The family was gathering for the celebration and I had the opportunity to meet many of them. They were so warm and welcoming that when the session ended I left with a doggie bag and a party favor! Here’s a little peek of this beauty (and her shoes!). Had to include the one with her dad; I just love it when the connection jumps right out of an image, and that one definitely does!
